National Level Education and Networks
It is a simple fact. A real estate practice with CCIM (Certified Commercial Invesment Members) designated brokers has well connected, educated and experienced brokers at its core. Only the top 1% of all brokers have the CCIM designation. In addition to the masters level education and requirement of vast experience to become a CCIM an outcome of this membership is a network of contacts and colleagues throughout the U.S. and beyond. Additionally, we are on the Board of Directors for the Oregon/Washington CCIM chapter and the president-elect to the Central Oregon Commercial Investment Division broker association. We created the Redmond Commercial Broker Group, an association geared toward education and transactions among the Redmond agents.
